I hereby make application for membership in the North Georgia Kennel Club and thereby pledge myself to abide by the Constitution and By-laws of the aforesaid Kennel Club. I understand that I must attend two meetings before this application will be submitted to the membership for a vote. I further understand that the NGKC gives no reason for refusal of membership and that any monies paid with the membership application will be returned if membership is refused.
